This class is designed with climbers in mind!
The goal?
To boost your active range of motion while building strength, balance, and coordination to facilitate better movement on and off the wall.
In January and February 2026 our 6 week block focus will be- Strong Sideways: Active Control & Range for Middle Splits
Important Booking Info:
• Equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own mat
• Please complete the online registration form before the first time you attend
• Payment can be made by card in advance, or you can reserve your spot and pay in cash on the day
• The class takes place downstairs at The Valley Climbing Centre, in the room opposite the traverse wall near the fire exit.
• Spaces are limited-booking early is recommended
• Please read the class policies on my website before attending.
