Life can get busy, and sometimes we just need a moment to pause and unwind. If that sounds like you, this 30-minute breathing and relaxation practice might be just what you need.

Held over Zoom, this session explores a variety of yoga breathwork techniques and meditation practices to help calm the mind and restore balance. There’s no physical movement—just a dedicated space to slow down, breathe, and take a mindful break from the demands of the week.

Important Booking Info:

🧘 All you need is a quiet space at home—this can be on your mat, on the sofa, or even the garden, wherever you're most comfortable

💳 Payment can only be made by card in advance online.

📍 The class is hosted live on Zoom. At the beginning of the session cameras need to be switched on if possible, however they can be switched off when practice begins
