Blending elements of somatic yoga, vinyasa, and functional movement, this practice encourages a deep connection between breath, body, and mind. Through slow, intentional movements, you'll explore ways to release tension, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness—all while cultivating a greater sense of ease and relaxation.
Expect a fluid, meditative flow that prioritizes how movement feels rather than how it looks. Breathwork and guided meditation are woven throughout the class, helping you tap into a more intuitive, mindful practice. Whether you're recovering from intense training, managing stress, or simply craving a softer approach to movement, this session offers space to listen to your body and move in a way that truly supports you.
🧘 Equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own mat.

📍 The class takes place downstairs at The Valley Climbing Centre, in the room opposite the traverse wall near the fire exit.
