This class is specially designed for climbers and athletes, combining yoga, mobility flow, and functional movement training. The goal? To boost your active range of motion while building strength, balance, and coordination—helping you move better and perform at your best.
I've been climbing for over 10 years and have worked in both coaching and setting. While I love all forms of climbing, I’m a trad girl at heart! I also run, mountain bike, and wild swim—so I know firsthand how demanding sports can be on our bodies. This class is all about maintaining (or even increasing) your body's capacity to move and perform through fluid, dynamic movement.
🧘 Equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own mat.

💳 Payment can be made by card in advance, or you can reserve your spot and pay in cash on the day.
📍 The class takes place downstairs at The Valley Climbing Centre, in the room opposite the traverse wall near the fire exit.
